The Bullseye Banh Mi Story

In Vietnamese culture, lovingly prepared fresh food is the bond that brings families together around a rickety old table to share stories and catch up on the days happenings.

Bullseye Banh Mi was born from our Vietnamese founders’ desire to cook fresh, affordable Vietnamese cuisine for her family. Many that visited the family home in Melbourne commented that she should share this amazing, tasty and fresh food with more people by creating a unique Vietnamese kitchen that showcased her talents.

After ignoring these pleas for years she finally decided to create a unique food concept that was suitable for consuming onsite or that survived the take-away journey. She developed a scoring approach to assessing potential food for inclusion which was based on a bullseye concept.

Bullseye Banh Mi was born.
